1.山楂洗净去核

2.放入锅中,加入500g的水,盖上盖子,煮5分钟

3.称出适量的白糖

4.山楂煮到如图的状态,关火

5.稍凉后放入料理机打成山楂泥

6.锅中放入白糖,加入100g水,煮到白糖融化

7.将打成泥的山楂倒入糖水中,继续煮,煮到自己想要的粘稠度即可

小窍门&温馨提示
1、水的量根据实际情况调整,我的料理机不需要很多的水即可打成泥所以我的水量较小。
2、糖的用量根据自己的需要调整
